NEOSID has been an expert in the manufacturing of electronic components since 1933 with headquarter in Germany. To this day, they bring high-tech into all sectors and shape innovations.

The name NEOSID derives from the Greek neos sideros – new iron. Company founder Hans Georg Pemetzrieder chose this name based on the material carbonyl iron, a new material in the 1930s, primarily used to produce cylinder, thread and toroidal cores.
