The team of specialists includes a circuit design group, a team of process engineers and a test department. Located in Mainz, in the Frankfurt metropolitan area of Germany.

For wafer production they use an innovative semiconductor bipolar and BiCMOS process. Production volumes range from prototypes to series in the millions.

Our strength are analog and mixed signal ICs.

Most of our products are custom ICs (ASICs), designed and produced exclusively for one customer. In addition, we offer a range of standard ICs in selected fields of application.
